NEW DOUBLE GLAZING!

The Committee was keen to explore the opportunity of making the house warmer and less draughty for our residents and sought quotations for the replacement of the windows and door in the corridor between the hall and lounge.

A local firm, Broadstairs Door and Window Company, came up with the best price and was asked to proceed with these works. Whilst making the installation, the window height was reduced to enable residents sitting in this area to enjoy better views of the sea and garden.

The end result was so pleasing that it was then decided to extend this programme into the sun lounge which will make this area much more comfortable and warm – especially
